HEALTH: Fiber Berry Detox

In order to get in my fruit daily, I started looking for ways to get it in, because I often forget it at the store. Here’s a simple recipe for a berry drink that’ll get your fruit in and add a few health benefits as well.

You’ll need a juicer or blender (juicer preferred).


Note: Ingredients have been altered slightly from recipe

2 green apples
2 pears
1/3 cup blueberries
1/4 cup cranberries
4 strawberries
